These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LeadFlow.tech customer relationship management (CRM) platform, including our website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by LeadFlow.tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you may not access or use the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization or entity (“Organization”), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that Organization to these Terms, and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that Organization.

Description of Service

LeadFlow.tech provides a comprehensive CRM platform designed to help users manage contacts, automate workflows, track communications, manage deals, and utilize various tools to enhance sales and customer engagement processes. Features may include contact management, email integration, template creation, digital business cards, team collaboration, analytics, AI-powered assistance, and third-party integrations. The Service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

User Accounts

Registration: To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You agree not to:

Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.

Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures.

Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service, shared areas of the Service you have not been invited to, or our computer systems.

Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing any part of the Services.

Plant malware or otherwise use the Services to distribute malware.

Access or search the Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces.

Send unsolicited communications, promotions or advertisements, or spam.

Send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing.”

Publish anything that is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes another’s rights.

Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Violate the law in any way, or violate the privacy of others, or defame others.

Upload, store, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

User Data, Privacy, and Service Improvement

Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information and contact data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the data, information, and content you upload or enter into the Service (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, securing, and improving the Service.

We do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for the behavior, features, or content of any Third-Party Service or for any transaction you may enter into with the provider of any such Third-Party Services.

Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to these features, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. All payment terms are detailed during the subscription process and may be subject to additional terms from our third-party payment processors.

Termination

By You: You can stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for example, if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a manner that could cause us legal liability or disrupt others’ use of the Service.

Survival: Sections 5 (User Data, Privacy, and Service Improvement), 6 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Termination), 10 (Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability), 11 (Governing Law), and 13 (General Terms) will survive termination.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

“AS IS” Service: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LEADFLOW.TECH, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR (A) ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR (B) ANY LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR PROFITS, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN WARNED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF €100 OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE PAST 12 MONTHS OF THE SERVICES IN QUESTION.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes that we believe are material, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.

General Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LeadFlow.tech concerning the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
