How to Delete Your Data
If you want to delete your personal data from SuperNice, you have several options:
Option 1: Automated Deletion Request
Visit our data deletion page: [your-website.com/delete-data]
- Enter your email address
- Confirm your identity
- Submit deletion request
- You’ll receive confirmation within 24 hours
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to: [privacy@supernice.com]
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Facebook page(s) connected to our app (if applicable)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Option 3: Facebook App Permissions
- Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites
- Find “SuperNice” in your app list
- Click “Remove” to revoke all permissions
- This will stop data collection but won’t delete existing data
What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
- Your personal profile information
- Business information you provided
- Content creation history and preferences
- Analytics and performance data
- Facebook data we collected through our app
- Email communications and support tickets
What We Keep (Legal Requirements)
For legal and business purposes, we may retain:
- Basic transaction records (30 days)
- Legal compliance data (as required by law)
- Anonymized analytics data (no personal identifiers)
Timeline
- Confirmation: Within 24 hours
- Processing: 7-14 business days for complete deletion
- Notification: Email confirmation when deletion is complete
Important Notes
⚠️ Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
⚠️ Active services will be terminated when data is deleted
⚠️ Outstanding payments must be settled before deletion
⚠️ Backup systems may take up to 30 days to fully purge data
